Book your date
Choose your package online and tell us about your day. We'll confirm your date within one working day and send a short questionnaire about your plans and music.

Your box arrives
We post a ready-to-go camcorder box 3–4 days before the wedding by tracked delivery, so there's time to have a play before the big day.
- Batteries fully charged, memory cards in
- Simple instructions and guide stickers on the camera
- Crasher rules cards to leave on the tables
Let them crash
Hand the camcorder to a bridesmaid in the morning and let it travel. Each camcorder records up to 8 hours, which is plenty for the whole day and the evening do.
- Pick a "camcorder captain" to keep it moving
- Leave it on the top table during the speeches
- Keep going on the dance floor after 11pm
Send it back
Pack everything back into the same box and drop it at any Post Office within 3 days of the wedding. The prepaid return label is already inside.

Edit time
We go through every second of footage by hand. We pick the best moments, tidy up the sound, and cut your film to the music you chose.

We post with a tracked, next-day service 3–4 days before your wedding, so there's a buffer. If anything goes wrong we'll courier a replacement.
Who should be in charge of the camcorder?
We suggest picking a "camcorder captain", usually a bridesmaid or usher, who keeps it moving and makes sure it's charged for the evening.
Do we need to download the footage?
No. Just post the camcorders back. We take care of everything from there.
