We'll happily move your booking to a new date. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel outright.

Pack everything in the original box and drop it at any Post Office within 3 days. The prepaid label is inside.

Yes, for weddings abroad. Get in touch before booking so we can arrange insurance and timings.

Very. There's one record button, guide stickers on the camera and a simple card in the box.

Each camcorder comes with three batteries, enough for around 8 hours of recording.

Everything. Each box includes a suggested shot list and crasher rules cards for the tables.

We take a refundable £150 deposit, returned once the kit is safely back. Normal use is never a problem.

Usually 4–6 weeks after the camcorder returns to us, or 2 weeks with express editing.

Yes. Tell us a song or a feeling and we'll edit to it, using licensed music so you can share your film freely.

Yes. Every clip is returned in your private gallery, organised by part of the day.

Every film includes one round of changes, such as swapping a song or adding a moment.
